Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During promotions, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States and international. 
  • Shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • TIANAXGLAM is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been shipped, TIANAXGLAM is not responsible for lost or delayed packages and cannot issue refunds or replacements.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

TIANAXGLAM is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tianaxglam.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

Approved claims will qualify for an exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

 

Sales & Promotions

Promotional discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

TIANAXGLAM reserves the right to modify or end promotions at any time without notice.

 

Pricing

While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene standards:

  • All sales are final.
  • No returns or refunds are accepted.
  • Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
