Returns
We do not accept returns on any products once an order has been delivered.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item ordered
- Opened or used products
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if:
- You received the wrong item
- Preference for a different shade or product, or
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Email info@tianaxglam.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange.
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original packaging (unless damaged during shipping)
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us immediately.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged item).
